On Veterans Day, we honor the brave men and women in uniform for their unconditional service and sacrifices for our country, including two of our very own, Community Outreach Manager Ed Parker and Project Coordinator Devin Hallam.

Ed served in the Army in 1985-1988 as a Battalion Legal Specialist in Neu-Ulm, Germany, and JAG representative for his battalion. He received numerous accolades for his work including the Army Achievement Medal (AAM) for “being part of the best run office in U.S. Army Europe”, and the Good Conduct Medal. His unit’s mission was to maintain and defend the Intermediate Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Pershing II Missiles. Today, Ed is Eden’s Community Outreach Manager responsible for project origination & development as well as driving our subscription sales efforts.

Devin also served in the Army from 2013 to 2018 as a commissioned officer where he worked his way up the ranks to 1st Lieutenant (1LT). During his tenure, he served as Platoon Leader in 2013-2017 for two different units, during which he was deployed to Kosovo and served as the Deputy Officer in Charge of the Joint Visitors Bureau and helped pioneer a new tactical doctrine for Expeditionary Signal units. In 2017-2018, he was assigned as Executive Officer in charge of logistical and maintenance needs for training events and missions. For his service, he received the ARCOM medal. At Eden, Devin works as a Project Coordinator helping coordinate and manage logistics for many of our developments.

Thank you, Ed and Devin, and to all who served.
